Wolves keep working toward football opener

After Day 8 of the 2010 Western Oregon Fall Camp, Caleb Singleton has been designated Camper of the Day, by coach Arne Ferguson.

“Caleb is a great leader and is playing really well,” coach Ferguson declared. “He is really the quarterback of the team, and I think he had one of his better days today.”

Singleton is a 6-4 senior safety from Salem, Ore. (West Salem High School), and a three-year starter of WOU. Last season, Singleton led the Wolves in tackles with a total of 83, majority of them being solo’s. He has also been named first team all-conference team two years running.
